On Saturday, May 4, residents are invited to take part in the Eco Vision community litter clean-up at a location of their choice.
Here are some ideas for locations:
Interested parties can pick up a clean-up kit to help with garbage collection starting April 29 at City Hall (300-290 Main Street) during regular business hours. Gloves and bags will be provided in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the collection is complete, the waste collected can be disposed of in the following ways:
Participants can send their photos of the activity to their municipality's e-mail address, and they will be published on the Facebook page. Photos can also be shared directly on social media with the hashtag #NettoyageEcovisionCleanup2024.
In the event of rain, the event will take place on May 11.
