Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 21st and come join us at Parlee Beach for the very first Inspire Yoga Fest—a full day of yoga, mindfulness, and community connection in one of the most beautiful places around.
This festival celebrates 10 seasons of Pay-It-Forward Yoga—a movement built on love, generosity, and simple acts of kindness. Instead of payments or fees, we invite you to take part in any way that feels meaningful to you: a smile, a kind word, a helping hand. Let’s create a ripple effect of goodness together.
Held on Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga, Inspire Yoga Fest is a nonprofit, pay-it-forward event. Every class is offered freely, and instead of asking for payment, we’re inviting everyone to take part in acts of kindness—big or small. Whether it’s helping out, spreading good vibes, or supporting our featured local charities, it all makes a difference
This isn’t just about yoga.
It’s about connection, kindness, and being part of something bigger.
Come for one class or hang out all day—everyone’s welcome, and your presence truly matters.

9:30-10:30am Rise & Shine Slow Flow with Anne from Inspire Yoga by Anne
11-12pm Sound Bath with Paryse from Zen Moment with Paryse
12:30-1:30pm Mala Bracelet Workshop with Anne from Annie’s Bracelet Creations
1:30-2:30pm Japa Meditation & Yin with Lisa Leblanc (Pura Vida Dieppe & Follow the Sun Energy Healing)
3-4pm Tapping & Slow Flow with Teena & Gisèle Bourque with Energi
4:30-5:30pm Intro to Acro Yoga with Sarah & Abby of Acro yoga Moncton
6-7pm Drumming Circle with Serge Parent
8-9pm Sunset Yoga with Anne from Inspire Yoga by Anne
