The opening ceremony will take place at Pascal Poirier Park on Wednesday, January 29 with music, a giant slide, hot chocolate and skating on the oval. Don’t forget to bring your colourful ice block for the community fort.
How to create a colourful ice block: You will need a milk carton and some food colouring. Fill the milk carton with water and add food colouring. Seal the milk carton and let it freeze outside or in the freezer.
