On Friday, July 12th, 2024, The Shediac Lobster Festival will host its first fine dining experience at Park NB’s Parlee Beach beautiful event space by the beach. The evening will bring together New Brunswick’s finest chefs to prepare a six-course meal specifically curated for the occasion. New Brunswick chefs Jonathan Morrison, Gene Cormier, Jenna White and Jordan Holden will join Dennis Prescott in delivering a true feast for the senses highlighted by locally sourced products and Shediac’s crown jewel: The Lobster.
